We have a 100% Guarantee on all of our products. Our main priority is to make sure our customers remain happy with our quality and our customer service. We respond promptly to any issues and will always find a way to take care of you. We simply want to treat you the same as we would like to be treated when we shop. Reputation is everything to us.

Paint N Plaster supports our customers. As a company that sells ceramics, the nature of our business is to ship fragile items and occasionally an order may arrive with a possible breakage. 

If you receive a broke piece, simply send us pics and we will respond quickly to take care of your concern. 

If any product purchased through Paint N Plaster arrives damaged or broken, we will either ship you a replacement product matching the original OR refund the purchase price of the item that was broken. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, in general, please contact us and let us know you will be sending the item(s) back to us and we will in turn refund the cost of that item or items once we receive the items in good condition.

Please note custom orders do not apply to the refund policy however, we will work with you when possible to help when possible. This may be in the way of a store credit or discount.
