Paint N Plaster supports our customers. As a company that sells ceramics, the nature of our business is to ship fragile items and occasionally an order may arrive with a possible breakage.
If you receive a broke piece, simply send us pics and we will respond quickly to take care of your concern.
If any product purchased through Paint N Plaster arrives damaged or broken, we will either ship you a replacement product matching the original OR refund the purchase price of the item that was broken. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, in general, please contact us and let us know you will be sending the item(s) back to us and we will in turn refund the cost of that item or items once we receive the items in good condition.
Please note custom orders do not apply to the refund policy however, we will work with you when possible to help when possible. This may be in the way of a store credit or discount.
